Erika Creech, M.D.

The Wellness Clinic and Family Care was opened by Dr. Erika Creech in January 2009 to provide primary care. Dr. Creech is board certified in family medicine.

The clinic is located at 2158 Highway 45 South in Meridian Plaza across from Wal-Mart South. It is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with same-day appointments available. The clinic provides traditional family practice care for both children and adults, excluding obstetrics.

“The Wellness Clinic and Family Care will provide our patients with open access scheduling and a primary care home,” says Dr. Creech.
