The physicians at West Tennessee ENT specialize in diagnosing and treating problems of the ears, nose and throat. They also specialize in facial plastic surgery and in treating head and neck cancer, allergy problems, and sleep disorders. The clinic, which has more than 30 years of experience, has an audiology department that dispenses hearing aids.

The clinic was founded in 1968 by Dr. Charles Cox, who was joined by Dr. Jim Barker in 1969. Both are now retired.
